Crops grown by Center for Agroecology staff and students are available at several outlets, listed below. Proceeds from produce and plant sales support the UCSC Farm & Garden facilities and educational activities.

Produce Pop-Up
During the academic year, our produce can be purchased at a discounted price at twice-weekly Produce Pop-Ups on campus. The Produce Pop-Up also features produce from other local, organic farms. While the main focus is on providing students with affordable produce, the Produce Pop-Up is open to all. Check the Events page for a schedule of Produce Pop-Ups.

Food pantries and the Cowell Coffee Shop
We provide produce directly to campus food pantries through the UCSC Basic Needs program, and our produce can be found in prepared meals at the non-transactional Cowell Coffee Shop. Food pantries and the Cowell Coffee Shop prioritize their offerings for students in need (no proof of need is required).

Plant sales
Organically grown seedlings from the UCSC Farm & Garden are available at the annual Spring Plant Sale, which takes place on the last weekend of April or first weekend of May. Check the Events page for this year’s date.
