Produce and Plant Sales
Help support our mission and educational programs by purchasing Farm & Garden produce.
Crops grown by Center for Agroecology staff and students are available at several outlets. Proceeds from produce and plant sales support the UCSC Farm & Garden facilities and educational activities.
Farmstand
Our summer Farmstand is open to all and features organic vegetables, fruit, herbs and flowers grown at the UCSC Farm and Chadwick Garden. Find the Farmstand at the Cowell Ranch Hay Barn near the base of campus every week from June to September. Check our events calendar for more information, or email agroecology@ucsc.edu.
Market Share Program
The Market Share Program enables customers to pay for the Farmstand upfront and receive discounts on produce throughout the season.
Produce Pop-Up
The UCSC Farm also provides low cost produce to the Organic Produce Pop-Up stands during the academic year, and provides produce directly to campus food pantries through the UCSC Basic Needs program. Check the Events page for a schedule of Produce Pop-Ups.
Plant Sales
Organically grown annual and perennial plants from the UCSC Farm & Garden are available at the annual Spring Plant Sale, which takes place annually on the last weekend of April or first weekend of May.
Wholesale Produce Sales
Sales (both direct and wholesale) of organic produce can be arranged by contacting Darryl Wong at 831.459-3604, or by email.
